TEMPLE NEWS

Boy, do I have news for you. We are so excited because we are getting a temple here in Payson. Dad, mom and I got interveiwed so we will be on Channel 4 news (i think abc). We are so glad and blessed to get a temple near us. Love you all! plus I got my hair cut. What a day.

MERRY CHRISTMAS and Happy 2010

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope you had great holiday. It's been great for me. Family over, great gifts and NO SCHOOL FOR 2 WEEKS!!
We've made many memories this year and tons this season. Like Santa came to our christmas party and the kids were asking questions to see if he was the real Santa. One tugged on his beard, one asked about the reindeer and one with big eyes reported back to his dad excitedly "DAD HE HAS ELVES!!!!!"

We have made memories that weren't that good. Yesterday we took some of the nieces and nephews to Where the Wild things are. Just don't see it. The funny thing is that the kids even reconized that it was weird. Braxton kept begging his mom to take him to get a drink. When he was done his mom asked him "Do you want to go back in now?" and he replied
"No... not yet." so they sat on the bench outside the theater. Later when we walked outside he said with a voice filled with bordom " That was the worstest movie ever." . I thought it was funny how he said it.

Now to 2010! Gosh how time flew by. I can't believe the year is almost over. But I am excited about new years eve because it will be my first stake dance. My Brother dan told me he would break off legs of boy I dance with if they are 15 or older.

This year will be filled with a baby entering our family, Kids going to kindergarten, nephews in spring time sports, soccer, girls in dance, tee ball, and a whole lot more.
But for now..... I will just enjoy it and watch the memories in the making.

Encounter with a Disney star

so you might have read Kristy's blog about meeting Sterling Knight (aka Chad Dylan Cooper) off of Disney Channel's Sonny with a chance. This post is for Chelsie who really wants to hear about this. So someone at Dad's school won some kind of contest i think on radio Disney or something to have him come to their school and no one got to come except one of her classes. So dad called mom up to come and get me to meet him and picked up my friend to go to because her dad is the princple at dad's school. I was excited because he is my favorite.

This is us in there. ps my head isn't on his shoulder it is just a weird angle plus I am hunching over funny.

Me and my friend were outside and mom told us to act like we saw him just encase we couldn't get a picture. ( i am squinting funny)

I was my niece Katelin's birthday. She just had turned four and loves this show and especially Chad. At the end dad got to got her to come. When me and mom drove her home she said " I love Chad, he's pretty" That just cracked me up. We had a really exciting day.

When he was signing my autograph before I was there my dad told him how to spell my name he stopped and said that was his ex-girlfriend's name except for it was Kayslee instead of Kaylee. That was kind of cool.

ps i think he and i are wearing the same jeans. JK

Dad's friend owns a pumpkin patch and so the family got to go pick our pumpkins.

So I am in choir at school and we had our first concert on the 22nd. It was a big sucess. In am in the advanced choir so we bought dresses and get to keep them.

Welcome baby Lydia!!!

WELCOME LYDIA!!

We were blessed to receive a new addition to our family Last night. Lydia Kathren!! (7lbs 8oz)

She is so beautiful. Audrie (Lydia's big sis) was crying the other day because she hasn't been able to see her yet because of hospital policies Baby Lydia means so much to Audrie because for the longest time has been the only girl amongst 3 brothers. Once I asked her what the baby was going to be & I think you can guess the response. Then I asked her how she knew that. In a confident but frustrated voice replied I prayed, IT'S GOING TO BE A GIRL!!

We are all so happy about getting little Lydia.

ANY TIME

So Julie went to the doctor about her baby because she has been having a lot of contractions for the past two days. He said you should have it in about 24 hours. 24 hours will be up this after noon. She could have her baby any second. we are on fall break right now so mom and I will go up to help her with the baby while Julie fully recovers from swine flu. Julie is fine she is almost totally better now. She is just a little congested.
Every time the phone rings we jump up and run. Dad is helping Tony get ready for the dear hunt. Tony, Dave, and Daniel are going hunting. They are all trying to get dad to go spend the night camping but he really doesn't want to. Everything is going good. Jamie doesn't know what her baby is yet. I am not failing any classes yay. Jamie is close to by a house up here by us. We are all just waiting for one call that will send us all Julies way. Only a few more hours. Don't worry I won't forget about you all. I will keep you all posted about it. Talk to ya soon
